Support

There is no official support since July, 2013. However, we will try to do our best to assist you when we have time to do so. So please be patient... 
Please follow these steps before submitting an issue:
  1. Read the user guide and the FAQ, and try the search field.

  2. Under Windows, if Flow-R closes without displaying a message or if you do not have time to read it, start app.exe instead of FlowR.exe.

  3. Copy the error message and send it to pascal.horton@terranum.ch

  4. Wait some days... We are not working full time on Flow-R. Thanks for your understanding.
